3. Age Requirement

All EMVIRA ONE services are intended for entrepreneurial, educational, and business purposes only and do not replace therapy, medical treatment, or financial advice.

5. Software Infrastructure

EMVIRA ONE operates on the GoHighLevel platform
(550 Reserve Street, Suite 190, Southlake, TX 76092, USA).

While EMVIRA ONE customizes, manages, and supports your account setup, hosting and system performance are maintained by GoHighLevel.
By using EMVIRA ONE, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be processed and stored on GoHighLevel servers in accordance with their security and privacy standards.

GoHighLevel remains the underlying software provider; EMVIRA ONE serves as a white-label partner offering localized onboarding, support, customization, and management services.

6. Account Setup & Access

Once you purchase or subscribe to EMVIRA ONE, your individual account will be configured within up to 72 hours.
You’ll receive:

A customized dashboard aligned with your brand colors and logo

Access credentials to your own sub-account

Optional onboarding materials and video tutorials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all actions taken under your account.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

For platform services, additional usage-based fees (e.g., email/SMS credits) may apply in line with GoHighLevel’s underlying pricing system.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions: You may cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.

Account setups & migrations: Due to the nature of digital onboarding, refunds are possible only before the setup process has begun.

Events, trainings, and mentorships: These follow the refund conditions applicable to EMVIRA ONE event or service terms at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, templates, materials, and visuals provided through EMVIRA ONE remain the intellectual property of EMVIRA ONE LLC or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform and materials for your own business operations.

It is prohibited to copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the EMVIRA ONE system or templates without prior written consent.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data is processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain data is stored and processed through GoHighLevel’s secure infrastructure.
By using EMVIRA ONE, you consent to this data processing arrangement.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use EMVIRA ONE only for lawful purposes and refrain from:

Sending spam, unsolicited marketing, or illegal content

Infringing intellectual property rights

Sharing offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content

Tampering with system integrity or security

Misusing integrations, automations, or email systems

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access.

12. Limitation of Liability

EMVIRA ONE is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
EMVIRA ONE LLC makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the system, or fail to meet payment obligations.
Upon termination, all access to your sub-account will be revoked.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect updates in features, pricing, or regulations.
Changes take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Austin, Texas.
